Showing of our homes
We would be happy to give you a tour of any of our available properties.
Contact our office to set an appointment for a showing. Please do NOT knock on the doors of the property. Please understand that the current tenants must have 24-48 hours notice prior to any showings. All roommates must be together for the showing. We are only able to show the home(s) once per group. Photographs of occupied properties will only be allowed with consent from current tenants. If unable to obtain consent, then photographs will not be allowed.

Once you have viewed the property and you would like to consider renting, you must apply.
Our appliaction process requires you to complete an application and submit with a $20.00 application fee. Only completed and paid applications will be processed. All applications must be turned into the office in person.
Our office will contact you with regards to your apllication as soon as it is possible. Approved applicants will be reqired to submit a security deposit equal to one months rent to secure property rental. No property will be held on behalf of tenants without full deposit.
Please contact your refrences and let them know that we will contacting them. The longer it takes for them to return our call, the longer it takes to process your application.
Refrences: Please be sure to provide us with references on your applacation. We are looking for Coaches, Mentors, Employers, Professors. Please refrain form using relatives.
Payment Options: Tenants will be allowed to pay on a monthly basis with a parental guarantor signature. Semesterly rents do not require a parental Guarantor. (Please note that some properties require Parental Guarantors regardless of payment type.)
Utilities: Tenants are required to pay the utilites at the property for the term of the lease agreement. Commonly tenants are required to pay electric, heat. Cable and Internet are considered optional. The lease does NOT require tenants to maintain. Some properties require tenants to pay for trash service at the property. This payment will be required in advance of occupancy. The cost is approxamatly $36.00 per month for 9 months ($324.00). This is a one time payment.
Pets are prohibitted from homes.

***These above services will be a TRANSFER from landlord named on lease agreement to tenant named on lease effective the lease start date of the lease. This will also transfer to the landlord from the tenant upon termination of the lease****
